Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from BRANDON JK for delivery to Canada.

Currency and prices

All product prices are displayed and charged in CAD unless Shopify checkout shows an authorized local display conversion. We do not add hidden handling fees.

Shipping commitment

Canadian orders receive Free Standard Shipping. Order cut-off is 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Processing time is 1-3 business days, transit time is 5-12 business days, and total estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection of the approved return.
