Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders to Canada.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all Canadian orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders have a 5:00 PM Mountain Time cut-off. Processing takes 1-3 business days, transit takes 5-12 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

What currency do you use?

Products and checkout are in CAD.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in original condition can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping for standard preference-based returns. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, BRANDON JK will handle or reimburse the approved return shipping cost.
